Civil engineering is a broad profession and offers a wide array of subsections. Our civil engineering department maintains the skill set to design grading, drainage, water supply, sewer service, roads and bridges (including all concepts within), electric and communications supply, and land divisions. Our engineering department has mastered the proficiency to transform a piece of land from one form of use to another QCM's engineers spend much time visiting project sites, developing community unity, and preparing construction plans/drawings.

QCM, possessing both ends of the spectrum, engineering and surveying departments, grants our civil engineering department the capability to work directly with QCM's surveyors, rather than being forced to take the time to turn to a third party.

Here at QCM, the engineering department is licensed to prepare, sign/seal, and submit engineering plans and drawings to a governmental authority for approval, or seal engineering work for both public and private sector clients.
